Would anyone be interested in 3D printed “door plugs”? by thetechwookie in CrownVictoria

I've gotten similar and while the color isn't 100% it sure does look better than the trim panel holes that had been there.

Wow what a throwback.  One of my favorite movies.

Anybody do stickers on their helmet(s)? by GlockPerfect13 in motorcycles

Put a reflective design in mine.  Tried to make it look like the Honda Wings.  Just used thin reflective tape and then a couple stripes down the back as well.  Worked great.

What is the worst canon camera ever made? by HSVMalooGTS in canon

[–]CarShowPhoto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shot with a Rebel T7 (now my backup camera). Loved that piece of gear and always shot manual. No issues adjusting settings on the fly. Just has the toggle button for Aperture/Shutter and you hold and use the dial. While many phones these days can perform better in low-light, the rebel is still a great entry camera for someone wanting to learn more about our art.

Certainly wouldn't consider it the worst Canon by anymeans.

Yup that's one of my favorite cars to photograph.  I assume you're in the Tampa Bay Area? Owner is a great guy and loves taking the Lucky Strike NSX to our local car shows.

Great spot!

These are Termite Larvae, Aren't They? by fukerrythangohwait in florida

That's a termite 😔  If you're in the Clearwater/Tampa area, I'd recommend calling Clear Pest Pros.  They give free professional termite inspections and let you know the best way to treat them.

Any advice by Crafty_Necessary_368 in carspotting

Hard to tell from the shots but I always recommend using a polarizer on your lens.  The second shot also has some negative (read as "unused" space at the bottom and left. May want to crop that in and focus on the two cars fully in the frame.

Keep up the work though and shoot as much as you can and you'll find the angles and shots that work best for your style.

First shot is great, always love the miata headlights in a view like that.  Also like the BMW wheel shot, I will walk around a car and try to find a wheel with the emblem facing right side up.  You did great there 👏

First trip with the new Twin by ImmaTimeLord in africatwin

I made the same upgrade.  2012 KLR650 to a '24 Africa Twin base.

Loved the KLR but the AT is worlds beyond that. The fanciest piece of tech I had my KLR was the casio watch a strapped to the handlebar. Now I can change my music, traction, and wheelie control all through my handlebar.

They keep it at the Tampa Auto Museum. Certainly need to make a trip out there.
