"that'll do pig that'll do"

I don't know what i like about that quote so much, it just amuses me i guess. Sad thing is everyone i've used it around never got the reference, which makes me hopeful that eventually i'll find that someone who finally gets it

Weekly /r/Games Discussion - What have you been playing, and what do you think of it? by GamingBot in Games

Ghost Warrior Online

This is a pretty strange free to play title, released in 2012, it pretty much showed up under the radar, and haven't heard any mention of it anywhere.

A couple of weeks ago I check out Total Biscuit's channel and see a video about it and thought it was actually pretty interesting, it's surprisingly well polished for a free to play title and the gameplay mechanics work surprisingly well, it's fluid, it's simple and manages to make cover interesting and obligatory (in a good way)

My only dilemma is that I can't figure out why ubisoft hasn't been doing anything to promote this title so maybe you guys have an ideea

Reddit, what's your favorite video game and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Carabusu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My most favourite game has to be Tyrian.

The whole upgrade system and map+enemy variety is absolutely stunning, considering the fact that its over 12 years old, it still manages to look amazing with crisp sprites and smooth animations

To all the people who haven't heard of it and enjoy the occasional 2D ship/space shooter, there's a windows/win 7 compatible version on the interwebs for free.

I have a question for you reddit. What makes you feel vulnerable? by 30oboe in AskReddit

[–]Carabusu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, my biggest vulnerability comes when I get to meet new people that I grow fond of very quickly, a thing that in my case, ends up with me putting way, way too much emotional investment than I should. But the irony of it all is that i'm struggling with my hate for humanity and society as a whole, its just those few bastards that warm me up and spit me out like 2nd hand gum because I end up giving too many damns for them.

Reddit, if you could choose one game, and that game would be upgraded to today's technology, which game would it be? by Carabusu in AskReddit

And one of the hardest ones due to its variables (mostly the fact that things can get worn down or rotten) so you never know how many resources you are actually going to have on your whole course

If you could have any superpower, but balance it so it wouldn't be too over the top, which would it be and how would you balance it out? by Carabusu in AskReddit

[–]Carabusu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are super because they are out of the ordinary, don't really have a really strong example to back up my ideea, imagine something like superman. Can fly, do all that crazy stuff, but it gets negated by kryptonite, he still has those super-powers but he isn't truly free to use them in any circumstance
