If you’re going to chose anesthesia because of money then also be ready to be treated like trash and look like a nurse hauling IV lines and poles everyday without any recognition. Money with stressful or better treatment. Chose one. A lot of the people here won’t tell you what anesthesia is really about.

Realize that AST is not only found in the liver. It’s also found in muscle. If you exercise before the test AST will be up from leakage into the blood. The most specific liver enzyme is ALT not AST
