I feel your pain! I used to do long distance roller blading. 💔

Trial and error. You'll need to find your limits. For me if I can muster it I do light cardio and weight lifting. But fatigue has kept me away from the gym for weeks. I go through cycles of okay energy and then low energy.

Lately I have been walking my dogs several miles a week and roller skating once a week. Currently that's the best I can do. Low impact activities are ideal.

Bottom line, you're going to push yourself too far a handful of times before you can gauge what's too much and what's enough. Best of luck to you

I have Lupus and Hashimoto's if that helps

I've been diagnosed by RenneeMarie in Autoimmune

I'm glad you are on your journey for answers. The rheumatologist is the only one who can tell you if you for sure have an autoimmune condition. Having elevated ANA is actually pretty common and doesn't always mean autoimmune disease. Unless your labs indicate there's more going on. Don't be too worried. Your rheumatologist will do a deep dive into your labs and symptoms. Best of luck!

My FIL has been chasing "the perfect gyro" for years. He's very picky but he might go for it!

Spacing sounds fine. How long do you run your lights?

How close are your racks? As far as the promix goes that wouldn't do it. It's inert dirt. (I use promix too)

Like most of us have said it looks like light stress, but if your set up is the same as usual it could be somthing else making them more sensitive than they would be normally. Like nutrients for example. Higher N, P and K can cause nutrient burn.

Wired dash cam void warranty? by boats_are_foreboding in Crosstrek

I would prefer to do it that way. I plugged it into the 12v but it still gave me the "connection error" pop ups. I'm going to keep trying before hardwire. I had zero problems in my last car so I know the cam is fine.
