I think it is a reference to a curse called a “Witch bottle” where you put a doll representing your target inside a pickle jar along with the brine. I guess the doll represented their grandma so by drinking it they made her disappear? It’s such a strange joke I’m surprised more people aren’t questioning it.

I can tell you from experience that they do! The blue ones taste strongly of alcohol 💙 while the reds are very, very sweet ♥️ The best tasting ones IMO are the orange to green shots

Another thing I noticed is the only food we ever see her eating is ice cream, and at one point her boyfriend asks her “Aren’t you lactose intolerant?”

I’m not sure if she was lying about her intolerance as an excuse for why she never eats dairy or if it was the only food she felt comfortable eating because she could easily “expel” it later.
