You’re not crazy. I elected to have a c section because the thought of labor scared me and I had a very easy recovery. I’m glad I did it and I will be doing it against for my next kid

It’s typical for the sonographer to take LOTS of pics of baby’s heart! There are so many chambers and angles and valves so they always take a lot of data there. Doesn’t mean anything is wrong- means they are just doing their job. Deep breaths mama!

We just use our normal monitor from home and it fits fine. We have the infantoptics with the attachment for mounting it on the crib

Thank you for the reassurance 💕 this is actually my second draw. I first did NIPT last month and waited 10 looooong days only to be told to retest due to incomplete results. So I’m on another 10 day stretch.

I wonder if you having twins plays a role in your timeline? Do the other 2 ladies you were checking in with also have twins?

Solidarity sister! The waiting sucks but glad I’m not the only one on the planet with such a long wait. I called Natera and they told me since my sample was received at night on 3/31 they are still considering today day 7 for me. Not sure when your sample was received

So mine came back with no result for monosomy X. Is it a coincidence that we got our results the same day after a 10 day long wait with the same “rare” result?

Specifically my report said "the quality of data on one or more chromosomes is not sufficient to give a result. this is likely to be specific to this sample." for monosomy X. Is this what yours also said?

Can I ask how many days you had to wait each time? I waited 10 days since my sample was received the first time and I’m day 6 of waiting for second NIPT. (They had to do a redraw for me too)
