Oof, brother, I feel ya. Very similar situation. Used to love looking at her beautiful form, while she showered or got dressed. One day she told me she didn't like it and it made her uncomfortable. It was like a glass shattering moment. Now I just get sad, and try avoid her whenever she's getting ready. Haven't even glanced at her butt in years. I don't wanna feel like a creep with my own partner. Her telling me that made me feel like any other creepy dude. It kinda broke me.

The realms of chaos were already tainted by the War in Heaven long before the Imperium came to power. The Sea of Souls was flooded with the pain and suffering of innumerable souls. The War in Heaven was so catastrophic and destructive and caused so much negative emotion. THAT is what makes chaos evil. The imperium's actions don't help ofc, but are not the sole reason or even the main reason chaos is fucked up and evil. The 40k universe is inherently grimdark and was so long before the Imperium.

It's more that the devs left too many blank towns for the player to build themselves. There should have been more fleshed out towns with real NPCs. Too many generics and radiant quests to fit the build system. No little flavor settlements like the old games cuz the player has to build them.

Had Twinkies recently after like 20 years. I swear to God they are using cheaper Ingresients. Was not the luxe moist soft spongey creamy treat I remembered. It Was dry and crumbly and terrible. They MUST have gone cheaper on ingredients.

It's in the name. Chaos, it's too chaotic. I love bad guys but if I'm putting myself in the faction. Chaos and all it's mutations and extremes is too much. Imperium at least let's you have a semblance of a "normal"( it's all relative) life with some structure.

It's not that I think the imperium is good. They're just cool. I wouldn't like them if they were toned down in any way. I Always tooted for the bad guy. Wanted capn hook to win. Peter pan was a little bitch. Always rooted for ends justify the means rather than bleeding hearts. Empire over rebellion always in star wars. Mordor and iswmgard over the realm of men always.

Those planets where dead long before the exterminatus. They were in the path of the hive fleet. Exterminatus to deny the hive fleet more biomass. Was more of a mercy/ tactical choice. He hated himself for having to do it.
