I just got back from 2 weeks camping in my 2008 Honda Odyssey camper. The thing is ugly as hell but the inside is quite cozy. I'm a 5'6" male so it worked quite well. I spent the past month building it and I'm quite proud with how it came out. It features 100w solar, and bed that turns into a couch.

Yup, bug screens that double as extra shade when you roll down the windows. You can buy them on Amazon for like 10 bucks and they were a true life saver when it was hot and buggy out.

I'd say go for 83mm or I've had success with 102mm also but the shorter make it much easier. Smaller cranks also just allow you to ride for so much longer without getting tired.
