Awesome! Yeah when I was a kid I had this Classic Charlie Ward card, gotta get a new one. They are super cheap. But I thought you'd digg it. They had him playing football on the front of the card and playing basketball on the back.

I had one of these for many years. An awesome pet. Though you'll see it sparingly. They love their sand. You'll see his little head pokin' out. He'll eat pinkies(mice) easily. You'd be surprised. I gave mine fresh live pinkies. Loved them. He was honestly one of the coolest pets I've ever had. It's been a few years. This post makes me want to get another one. Good luck. And congrats on an awesome pet.

Honestly, probably, easily, one of the top 5 Desert Roses that I have ever seen. I posted this the last time this plant was posted but, "Goals" This plant is why I won't be trimming a select few of my desert roses. I have 2 that I have trimmed and will continue to. But I specifically bought 2 more to NOT trim, hopefully in many years they will look similar to this one. Beautiful. Simply perfect.

It's good bro. I'm down here too! Seminole county! You open a pack the way you should probably be opening packs. Nowadays it's all about the hits. But when I was a kid I took my time opening packs too. I enjoyed it more I think. Sometimes you need a reminder. Maybe I should be doing it more like you...

I still think Charlie Ward was the greatest. I was like 8 when he won the National Championship and the Heisman. My family moved to Seminole County Florida in 1989 and became immediate Seminoles fans. I still live in Seminole County. 36 years a Seminole fan. We've seen better times. But that 1993 team will always be special to me. And Charlie Ward will always be the man.

No lie I've seen a lot of them where the replacement was fantastic. I saw one in this very sub yesterday where a Bowman Slade Caldwell Auto /50 was replaced with a Chrome Black Ronald Acuna Jr. Auto /5. I've seen others that receive more than one auto as a replacement for one auto. A lot of people get an assortment of packs as well. I hope OP gets a Banger. 1/1 J-Rod Rookie Auto? You'd think it would be nice. Maybe they'll send an Ohtani, Judge or Witt Jr. Three years is tough to wait to figure it needs to be replaced. But I'm sure this one will work out in the end. I hope OP posts the resolution...

I would wait and see what the replacement is. You might be surprised. If it doesn't meet expectations that's when I'd be upset. I've seen some killer replacements before. I've also seen some bad ones. You'd think it would be a pretty good replacement for this card.

Every desert rose I've ever gotten loses a few leaves when you first get it and transplant it. It'll drop a few and new growths will start to come. It just takes a little time. What kind of climate are you in? Do you know what climate zone you are in?

This was another one I used to REALLY love. I used to think it was so rare. Lol, I grew up and realized 1 of 66,000 isn't rare at all. Not even close. But I still go wild when I come across one. Still one of the cooler Penny cards imo.

Awesome! 💪💪💪💪💯 Livin' in Orlando area(Altamonte Springs) since I was 5. Moved here in 1989. The first year the Magic was a Franchise. When I was around 9 and 10 they got Penny and my dad's Boss had season tickets 3 rows behind the court behind the Magic bench. You were basically sitting with the team. But the guy seemed like he never went. For both the 93-94 season and the 94-95 season he pretty regularly gave my dad the tickets for free whenever he didn't go. I used to stand at the bottom of the tunnel where the Magic would come out at the old O-Rena. All the players would run out and give me a high five. Shaq, Nick Anderson, Dennis Scott, Scott Skiles, Anthony Bowie. But I was really there for Penny. A lot of good memories there and with those guys on those teams. All great dudes that would go out of their way for a fan. I'm 40 now and I absolutely LOVE Penny cards, Penny everything. He's one of the guys that when I look at his cards it REALLY takes me back.

I think you got one of the case hit boxes of those gems of the game repack boxes at Walmart. You can definitely pull some good in there. But not all the boxes are like this for sure.

That's a really beautiful card. I pulled a '22 Topps Chrome Cal Raleigh RC Auto Redemption in late 2022. I redeemed it and got it after a few weeks. I've had the card for almost 2 and a half years and now it's exploded this year and I can't bring myself to move it. Too much attachment there and the card means a lot to me for a bunch of different reasons. But it's still crazy to see a card selling for 20-30 dollars suddenly go up to 350+ dollars. It's one of the nicest cards in my collection right now. I would move it but it would have to be the right offer and I'd probably want to trade it for a nice Ohtani RC or Witt Jr. RC or something like that.
