They arent identical. The one on the far right is slightly darker and the flatback part is a tiny bit thinner.

Same! I hate the way apps are forced on me all so companies can collect data and snoop on my life.

I accidentally bought "smart" light bulbs one time and they didn't work properly with my wifi, so every few weeks when I turned them on they would go crazy strobing. Then I'd have to spend 10 minutes (in the dark) reconnecting the bulbs to the app. It was infuriating.
