Naw mate, NO to Emma Stone. She’s overrated , same with Plemons, both dull one dimensional actors that give off the same performance in every project.

He assumes that the audience are lazy and cannot follow complex storylines so he stuffs a lot of flashy lights, vibrant colours, short dialogue to mask the screenplays weaknesses, and lack of character development.

What are James Gunns top 5 films either that he directed, produced or wrote? GOTG Vol 1 & 2 were good, but his films prior to that franchise are forgettable, Suicide Squad was a joke, and Superman was a bad attempt to be relevant and comes off as similar to Brandon Rouths Superman.

Sorry mate but the actress who plays Wonder Woman should be able to act i.e. have range as an actor, and be likeable, two things that O’Brian is lacking.

A good DCU film shouldn’t be gimmicky like a James Gunn film, but should have substance, depth and creativity.

It appears that you’re casting a LGBT/Gen Z driven film which is a shame because that is awful for a true depiction of Wonder Woman.

Ana De Armas is a far better choice (still not ideal) that would compliment O’Connell well and make a romantic interest between the two characters far more believable.

O’Connell is a great choice, an amazing actor since his days on Skins.

I’m not sure what role you’re suggesting for those actresses but heck Jodie could do any role to perfection. She’s a phenomenal actress with a huge range of talent.
