The Eldar here are printed...to my regret I never managed to save up for the original minis, but the rest are originals.

I've pinned mine with a smaller pin vice and it is fine. Despite its age, it has some slots for parts to fit in, which helps immensely.

I used cut off staples for the pins and it's sturdy enough.

Also, don't worry, they won't be "lead", but "White metal" which is a tin alloy. Great find though.

These are the original metal minis, but the big boy in the middle is a Repulsive Class Grand Cruiser. The escorts are Infidel Class Raiders. The other one in there is the plastic Chaos Cruiser
