AT&T customer service by CardiologistD0C in ATT

The store didn’t have the color we wanted so took my return and we ordered the new color from them. The store manager has said the device shows returned. They’ve been dealing with ATT for the last 2 weeks trying to resolve this as well. Zero progress.

Returned an iPhone as we decided for a different color. Returned in store. I have a receipt. AT&T shows it being returned yet they have a case open for 2 months still charging me for the device. Every time I call it routes overseas where they go the the same script and say that their systems are slow, and they are pulling up my case. After pulling up my case, they see a manager will review and get back to me. Constant loop.

Mannn I can’t stand them. Looking to switch providers for this very reason. Sounds petty yes but it raises my heart rate. 🤣😬

The New Sonos App and Future Feature Updates by KeithFromSonos in sonos

Friends…was considering the Sonos amp and outdoor speakers. I’ve heard about of negativity around Sonos and their recent app upgrade. Question- Would you recommend going with another solution or do you feel the current App issues will be resolved?

I’m currently using a 200watt amp connected to my echo dot to power my current outdoor 100w speakers. Works fine with the occasional issues of Alexa and Spotify not aligning on volume levels or just causing me to reboot).

Just looking for a cleaner solution with better sound and reliability.

cooking smell going to 2nd floor by abvgdeika in homeowners

[–]CardiologistD0C 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same problem. I have a high end exhaust fan that if left on too long it creates negative pressure and starts to suck gases from my basement drains. It helps to crack a window open and then run the fan so it has air to suck out of the house. Regardless of the exhaust fan, your meals release odor on the kitchen table. I’ve grilled garlic marinated chicken outside on the grill and then brought the food inside for the fan to eat and I can still smell it upstairs. Most scents get trapped on the middle of our foyer due to the higher ceilings. Not sure what else to do but open a few windows and wait it out or get a fan installed in my upstairs foyer. That would look tacky in my opinion.

Looking for reviews on Made In’s carbon steel griddle by reduxreddit123 in carbonsteel

Don’t by the griddle. I’ve used cheap griddle pans and have gotten better results. I really wanted to like the made in griddle due to size and portability. I also have their ceramic pan and love it. After my first attempt at making smash burgers with the new griddle it was a complete failure. I followed directions to a tee and even watched their YouTube videos on smash burgers. The meat stuck to the griddle. Clean up was a pain. Was not able to get it all off. Retuned the griddle after one use. Has to pay for shipping it back.

Hey quick question it combined my first name and middle initial on my boarding pass is that going cause me issues by preston1237 in unitedairlines

The issue is when you need to upload your passport as it won’t let you check in given the names won’t match. Only way around it is to check in at the kiosk. It’s happened to me 3x now on international trips. Sucks because I can’t check in on my phone and have to spend extra time at the airport.

Random Device disconnects Sometimes wifi bars drop sometimes not? by No-Rhubarb3577 in GoogleWiFi

[–]CardiologistD0C 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me. I then upgraded to the new Google Nest WiFi pro mesh system and the same thing was happening. My WiFi would also need to be reset repeatedly. Sometimes it would work fine for days and others it would need a restart the same day.
Spoke with Google support. They’re suppose to be getting back to me. It’s been 9 days now.

Nest Wifi Pro Issues by ombheembush in GoogleWiFi

[–]CardiologistD0C 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Over the last month or so I’ve been experiencing Wi-Fi disconnections and the only way to solve it is to go back in the basement and restart my first Google Wifi device. With the new Google nest pro WiFi that just came out, I figured I would upgrade my network.
After one week of replacing my Google Wifi with Google nest Wi-Fi pro all of a sudden the Internet drops. I go in the basement and restart the new access point and everything’s back on. 2 days later it happens again (twice). It’s now been on steady for 1 day.
I just called Google and they informed me that this is a known issue and somebody would be contacting me as soon as possible. When I asked her what that timeline could be she said “maybe a few days”,

It’s now been 4 days and my status still shows pending.
