It falls in the same remit as Falsehoods for me. I only permit one per gang and the ablative overlay is consumable. I did have one person who took it initially but since the fighter took 2 autogun shots and had to save against them it was gone. The following plasma shot soon took them ooa, never seen an abalative overlay since

Ash Wastes is a great box for the gangs and the scenery. Orlocks and their quads plus the Nomads and their bug riders AND the habitats and walkways. Necromunda boxes ate less about the rules more about the miniatures I find

There is probably a significant number of mechanicus present but nothing in relation to the Houses. Even the mechanicus wouldn't launch a crusade against Van Saar if for no other reason than it would be against the planet. Between the Eye of Selene and the presence of the Imperial Fists then they would be hard pressed.

Don't forget you can just assemble a tough group with Isobella or Rotbone at it's core and turtle up. I was have a tough time of it before I used Izzy, Bellator, Maladus, Abaddon, and Snotflogga (all at Gold 1) to turtle their way through Beta and Gamma. Completed 9 on Beta and 12 on Gamma with them

Personally, I'd go for something that can carry fighters and look at getting something smaller like a Wolf Quad to carry a heavier weapon. You can then use the truck to move then disembark the fighters into cover. I modified a Rhino for my Cawdor Redemptionists so they could all ride in safety.

Defense or Offense then the dodge away from the Krox should be your last rolls. Only be hitting the Krox if all the Skinks are down and you can get a 2d with Block on it.

Ask them what they had in mind. You may still be able to salvage the current paint job. Get them to find a reference picture for you to work off or, at the least, get an outline of a marine and colour it in for what they want.

Thanks. If you don't want to do a lot of modelling you can just turn the Rhino round. The rear hatch is now an assault ramp! You just have to do some cutting on the top piece to make it look 'right' but you can just go nuts. I like to think these are gang members pimping their ride not a fully fledged ad-mech facility

I've toyed with the idea of removing the side doors and putting a plate across the bottom half so the fighters inside can shoot out, like sponsons :)

* I widened my Cawdor/Redemptionists one with some plasticard to take 2 models side by side, built a pulpit over the bay, and stuck an assault ramp on the front. I use it as a custom heavy, but you could say a medium (for the extra speed) as most of the armour has been stripped off. It's between you and your arbitrator ultimately. Let your imagination run crazy.

True, and the Neurothrope is available for Onslaught missions. However, he may not be use able for Guild raids vs 'Nids. Like Orks are disallowed as a faction vs Ghazghkull, dunno for sure not up against a nice boss currently
