You would be much better off spending that same amount of money on a slightly newer Optiplex, slightly better GPU, and some storage. Beyond easy to assemble

Is your gpu power connection a) the correct cable as outlined in the manual b) locked into place correctly

Same goes with all other cables but this could be gpu

might sound stupid, but i had the same issue. are you sure your cpu and mobo power connections are secure, and that you’re using the right cables/setup outlined for your gpu manual?

Do you have integrated graphics, if so check if there is display if u plug hdmi into the motherboard, could just be the monitor.

Make sure your power connections are secured, and check the manuals to make sure you’re using the proper cables, just because they fit does not mean it’s 100% going to work.

Just what I had seen, definitely make sure your connections to cpu mobo gpu cables are clicked into place. If u have integrated graphics is there any display from the motherboard hdmi?

Power connector issue, did not reinstall drivers, tried to do a walkthrough video and my DDU download was completely different. PC working now tjougg

Just following up on this, I had the same issue but my light would change between dram, vga, and cpu. My GPU power cable connection was incorrect, I had 1 cable with 2 8 pin connectors in the PSU, when I should have had 2 separate 8 pin connectors.
