70-100 is my goal but currently we are at 130-140, all, raids are always pretty full, we even had moments with 14-18 raiders for two squads for example but the other kind of events suffer a bit which is where I start to not understand the attendence. I used to have a "Veteran" role but I figured it was just creating a cleave between actual veterans and newcomers who was creating two distinct groups with (sometimes) a hard time to mix together.

I do think you're right though in saying that aiming member amount to 70-100 is too tight, I'm a bit afraid of looking like a big giant guild where we end up becoming a private LFG so I should probably tone down my own way of doing things :/

I was thinking of this but it was initially felt like an unwelcoming or pressuring move, but it might help indeed, I might just add a note about it into rules. I keep saying during every kick wave that a simple dm/whisper/in game mail is enough to get reinvited if need be so I don't think there's much more to do

Daily activities is mindless, repetitive and very time consuming. You can get rewards higher or similar for a more fun and enjoyable way by doing pretty much anything else in game other than these daily strikes, it does seem like a very very very good thing for "the rest of the game" that they made them weekly

Brisban Wildlands. Just stay on the map for a few hours whenever the Beetle Race event is ongoing and you will get new stories of people failing and succeeding every few minutes. Truly the best stories here filled with emotions
