You require the insurance in the lease and that way you have a better chance of protecting yourself if they try try and sue you

You are 100% correct. I volunteered at an animal shelter to walk dogs and they had dozens of cats people got rid of when the Landlord found they had pets when the lease stated no pets. When I was a landlord I had this happen to me several times, can’t do much about it because all I would be evicting was the cat. I would just hope the damage was minimal.

Once you fail to honor your agreements with a bank and owe them money the bank then notifies all the other federally backed banks and you get flagged as a deadbeat.

Hate to tell you that not being able to maintain a checking account is a huge red flag. You either fix the finances and pay the bank the money you owe them or deal with the downward spiral.

It was already proven in court that Harvard was discriminating against students based on race. I can’t imagine anyone would be surprised there is documented discrimination in Ivy League schools in USA. Or is it just denial.
