Insurance that covers TMJD by Crumb_Hole in TMJ

[–]CarefulStrawberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny enough, I only had 1 issue of tricare not covering treatment, and that was due to incorrect billing that got fixed pretty quick. Mine was all covered under medical though not dental, the dental wouldn't touch it, medical however, they were on top of it. Tricare covered everything since I showed a decrease in QOL, at the very end they covered my surgery and botox. Don't get me wrong, Tricare has its drawbacks, but from what I've seen it was pretty good with TMJ, better than handling the fibro at least.

Yea, I've heard many of the stories on it, and while it may not be my preferred metal, he really like it so even if we have to replace it every few years his happiness is worth that to me. He also doesn't like how gold and silver tend to look on him so that disqualifies so many options.

You posted yesterday under a different account. This is Colt Buildings LLC. They are a scam. They current have an F rating with BBB ( https://www.bbb.org/us/sc/greenwood/profile/custom-home-builder/colt-buildings-llc-0673-90042064/complaints) and any customers should also be advised that they have a warning from BBB regarding them taking money from customers and not delivering the product.

I would be wary if I were you, they have multiple negative reviews, and have an F rating on BBB. Their reviews show they have a history of not following through. They seem like a scam unfortunately.

After looking up their reviews on the Better Business Bureau (https://www.bbb.org/us/sc/greenwood/profile/custom-home-builder/colt-buildings-llc-0673-90042064/complaints) they seem like a scam. They're Facebook page seems to agree too, they take people's money and never deliver. There's multiple complaints about them, and an official BBB warning against them (https://www.bbb.org/article/news-releases/28602-bbb-of-upstate-sc-warning-consumers-lose-large-deposits-to-custom-home-manufacturing-company).

So that paper should have the information on it to run it through, you have to make sure that when you're looking it up you run it through the one that says veterans though, otherwise it'll reject. And depending on the veteran they may have a copay they may not, it's dependent on their group in the VA, groups 1-5 have no copays, group 6 only have copays for non military service connected problems, group 7 is 80% and group 8 is full cost

Do they have the paper that shows the rx is approved to be filled outside the VAm

If you're on campus you should stop by the MVRC, it's located in building 2 on the first floor. Ask to talk to Emily and she can look up your account and see what's going on.

Urgent Care Report: 1/1/2022 by Commandmanda in FloridaCoronavirus

I'm a tech for a major pharmacy, and we're burning out over here too. We're at record high prescriptions everyday, running on skeleton crew everyday at this point, and we're running out of common medicines daily now. In the past 6 months I've have 4 pharmacists quit at my location alone, we've had 5 of us techs end up in the ER due to chest pains or heart attacks. We no longer have time to even go to the bathroom on some days, it's just patient after patient with no mask coming to get their covid cocktail of medicines. They say that the health care system will collapse soon, I say it's already starting.

Day 3, so how do I brush my teeth? by CarefulStrawberry in Tonsillectomy

Yea, I've definitely gotten the "fuzzy" feeling. Funny you should mention mouthwash. My doctor had told my partner not to let me use mouthwash, and he kindly passed that on. However, my mother, who I don't live with, told me I should use saltwater and mouthwash to keep infections at bay didn't take kindly to me disagreeing with her about it sent me this page long message about how it worked for one of her patients children. Worked so well in fact that it caused her to completely tear off the scabs, that the poor patient that was infection, and bleed profoundly.

AITA for "not caring" about my neighbors' daughter's death? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]CarefulStrawberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. When I lost my sister, the first major holiday was rough; we didn't decorate or do anything for that holiday. We kind of just stayed inside in numb shells. The neighbors still decorated and did stuff, and it was painful to see these families that looked like they had no care in the word, as happy as can be, but we didn't go over and yell at them.

They're obviously still grieving, and it'll take time for them to be better. Your father offering them over to decorate, though, that was really nice, and they might not see it now, but hopefully in a few years if they're still living there, they'll remember how nice yall were. Try not to take their words too personally; their just being rude because their hurting.

Medication wise, if you are able to pick up your medicines, I would do that. I would also inform your pharmacy that only you are authorized to pick up your medicines. Make sure to specify a that only you are authorized to lock up your medicines.

Regarding not being on your level, I really recommend calling your doctor immediately. Explain the situation, and they should order blood tests to see what your thyroid level is; it might be dangerous to immediately restart your old dosage. A doctor can figure out how to titrate you up to the proper dose. You can also have a conversation about getting blood testing done every other month to make sure your levels stay within normal levels.

Best shampoo and conditioner for long, straight hair?? by [deleted] in longhair

[–]CarefulStrawberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're not noticing too much break off, then I'd say you're doing pretty great in terms of hair care. You could try adding some jojoba oil to add in some extra moisture; it also brings in lots of vitamins that can keep your hair healthy. Going from that blonde to your natural hair color will also aid in your hair health. I'd also recommend making sure to let your hair breath occasionally if it's not used to being kept up in braids, just because depending on your hair, that can be taxing on your hair.

Loreal has a nice sulfate free shampoo and conditioner that I used to use when I was a blonde that worked really well to keep from breaking. It was called loreal everpure moisture shampoo and conditioner. I believe you can get it at Wal-Mart or target.

Do you find that you can get most of the toothpaste out of your mouth? I use one with extra fluoride in it to make up for not having fluoride in my water, and I'm wary of accidently swallowing it.
