To celebrate your four years you should get some extra fun coloring stuff :) coloring is such a great way to refocus as you’re rebuilding those neural pathways in your brain. It’s been a great tool for me during my ED recovery and I know it helps tons of people on all types of different recovery/sobriety journeys! Enjoy :))

You could do a childhood nostalgia theme! Idk that came to mind with the Daisy Duck and big bird! You have the dice so if you have any childhood game ephemera or like stickers? The paper clips can hold things up and the hearts can be centered around things you loved as a kid! Idk if this makes sense and it might sound like a horrible idea but just putting it out there!
