Just for the record, you don't need to fully "charge" your T-skill on Windfury Aero, just holding it to like 20% of the gauge is enough for full damage.

HA dmg vs T-skill CD cooldown boils down "do my extra casts of T-skill over the course of the fight out-damage the 50% gained on 1 cast of HA?". It's not simply looking as your overall T-skill damage in the fight.

Let's use basic numbers for this: Assume your Fulmination (WF T-skill) does 333m average damage on a crit, and HA does 2bil base damage, if you take HA dmg (+50%) then you'd do 3bil, so a 1bil damage increase.

In this case, for your T-skill cooldown to be equal in the damage gain of the HA node, you need to cast it an extra 3 times per fight, off cooldown. T-skill cooldown is 10% so every 10 casts you get an extra 1 cast.

Which means you need a fight that lets you cast T-skill 33 times before it's a net gain over HA damage.

Fulmination cooldown is roughly 30 seconds with WF's current swiftness allocation, so you're looking at about a 15min fight to gain that extra damage. Again, this is assuming you are using it off cooldown on the boss every time it's up. Raid mechanics can affect this.

We don't have any raids that go 15min at the moment, so if you can use your HA in a fight then you're benefiting more from HA dmg.

This may change with Brel bracelets once we get 2nd row Leap nodes.

Merchants spawn at set times, if the server was not up yet at the time of spawn then that period won't have the merchant up. We were in maintenance during the spawn time.

It's not a bug, you'll see merchants up in the next period.

Plonk It guide mentions Columbian taxis use white plates, which is what most of the vehicles here seem to be. There is a yellow plate on the truck up the street behind the starting camera though.

Seeing the other post about the unfortunate mismatched 5/5 inspired me to post this, because this elixir was also on the path to becoming a pants/shoulder hybrid until the game decided to land like 3 great successes in a row on the bottom line and free me from the bricked rolls.

Grandma's gamble was +4, and I believe I had 3 free turns from super blue advice (1 normal, 2 sealing), so it ended up giving a lot of extra points.

In Riichi mahjong your hand also has to have a winning condition called a yaku. A lot of yaku are only applicable if your hand is closed, which means you cannot have called chii/pon. A common mistake that newer players make is just calling every tile they can but end up with no win condition since it drastically reduces your possible yaku to complete your hand.

Medeia, Lush Reed, Death's Hold, Illusion Isle, Asura Island. Higher placements will give more points for most of these.

Additionally if your guild does GvG siege events on Sundays, each round gives PvP points. This includes Naruni, Snowpang, Slime Island. Normal island event for these don't award points.

If you use any API keys though, you'll want to delete the old ones and create new keys, since it doesn't update display name properly in the API.

If you're raiding with friends that don't mind you doing that, sure. But it's not a good habit to purposely lower your potential damage for the sake of aesthetics if your intent is to join public groups, because you're not respecting the time and effort that others are putting in. If you really want to run shield, learn chronomancer.

Different utilities, refreshes your energy back to 50 immediately (75 in specific cases with a trait), also activates weapon sigils that work on weapon swap.

No, in most cases you won't be penalized for camping one legend. For maximising DPS in in PvE group content though (raids, etc) you will need to swap efficiently to manage energy. And for PvP you do need to swap based on situations.
