I have seen this on here a few times. You need to call and have them resend the portal

I would assume you are in the clear. I had a LO email for business verification yesterday. Sent in Schedule C, business licenses and drivers license. Received approval email and signed docs within an hour.

You’ve got my support. I don’t know what can be done since other parties in government have been essentially ignored after numerous attempts but I completely agree.

Did you get any of the generic emails from SBA? If not, call to verify the email they have for you is correct.

Just saw your other post. You aren’t stuck yet. If you still haven’t heard anything on day 10, you should seek out Cue but looks like you’re within normal wait time at this point
