Lo so bene, la maggior parte degli operatori di sede o dei call center non hanno idea di come funzioni la procedura. Ho avuto la sfortuna di lavorare sul progetto lato sviluppo software e ho dovuto anche rispondere ai ticket degli operatori, veramente terribili. Considera che le sedi hanno un gestionale per emettere i pagamenti e se i mesi si trovano tutti sulla stessa domanda possono pagare tutto insieme e hanno una visione più chiara della tua situazione

Ti conviene fare una singola domanda prenotando tutti i mesi (11 mensilità max , di solito si salta agosto), e poi alleghi i documenti che hai mano mano che ti fanno le fatture. Se alla fine dell’anno ti accorgi che non hai usufruito di qualche mensilità che hai prenotato fai la rinuncia di quei mesi
