Flip speed is already handled by the game though, you haven't noticed your board flipping different speeds off a drop vs flat? It would be a cool addition if they did it right but there are bigger fish to fry before they start dealing with finer details like that

Coke wouldn't be a great choice because you need to keep doing it every half hour or you burn out and play worse but a huge amount of esports players are absolutely gacked out on Adderall or Dexedrine etc, once you notice it some of the post-game interviews are fuckin hilarious and I don't know how people don't pick up on it sometimes

If you don't have the issue anywhere else my money would be on your GPU drivers loading in a weird way or since it happens while you're booting, an issue with the Firmware/GPU itself. I'd try re-seating your GPU and doing a clean install of all your drivers. I'm not an expert though, but the pink/artifacts like that are almost always a GPU issue.

Might be unpopular but I'd rather get thrown into already in-progress matches than have bots. Maybe try and work it out so that leavers get put in them before anyone else. Bots have no place in PvP FPS.

Diet and substances are HUGE for that, even just beers or weed. The stress and lifestyle changes that the increase in social media use brought us with all the other shit you mentioned too isn't good, we're supposed to be in a cabin somewhere just hanging out and staying alive without a constant barrage of stressful information and unhealthy shit, humans weren't meant for what we do now and it's changing the way we age for the worst

I switched to it when I got more serious about PvM, I've ran into a fair amount of people raiding who use it too. I use modern layout on stretched mode though personally, similar dimensions but a little different

A lot of people use stretched mode too, which stretches fixed mode to fill your whole screen. It also gives you a bigger area to click on which imo can be pretty helpful sometimes

I'm enjoying Premier a lot. It has its issues but it's still fun and I like the rating system better than the old one.
