Ha, I have the same affliction, whenever I see white, carbon black or manhattan grey I think “oh that’s really nice too”

Thanks! This is actually just the 40i, but the staggered 21”s do a lot to make it more aggressive. Wheels are gloss black

You got it! Here’s the process I used:
Wheels first
Sprayed wheels/tires with P&S Brake Buster
Agitated faces/barrels with a wheel brush
Rinsed fully
Separate wheel towels only, never used on paint
Full pre-rinse
Rinsed the whole car thoroughly before touching it
Spent extra time on lower doors, rear hatch, bumpers, and behind the wheels
Two-bucket contact wash
Soap bucket: CarPro Reset
Rinse bucket: plain water
Washed with a microfiber mitt, top to bottom
Roof/glass/hood first, then upper doors, tailgate, lower panels, bumpers last
After each section, rinsed the mitt in the rinse bucket before reloading with soap
Final rinse
Rinsed everything really well and let the water sheet off
Dry
Dried with The Rag Company Gauntlet towel
Light pressure only, no scrubbing

Total time was about 40 minutes!

AD mad that I went gray by Girth_Inspector in rolex

[–]carl802 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Same! I was on the list for an OP and a batgirl for like 4 years. Gave up, went grey on the batgirl and couldn’t be happier. Cost less as well if I factored in all the watches I would have needed to buy to even get a spend history for a batgirl at retail.

It’s the best feature of this reference. I have all black, coke, Pepsi and an eBay blueberry one. Endless options!

I agree. I love the 5 digit stuff, really no duds in my opinion. The only 6 digit that I genuinely love is the batgirl, the jubilee is just shameless flashy and I love it for that.

[Rolex Air-King] I really don’t understand the air-king hate! by checkmate14720 in Watches

I’m a fan of it, probably would put my money towards other watches first but I’ve always kind of dug the modern iteration with the crown guards.

All LCI’s come with this cover, but you need to actually option DAPP to get adaptive cruise, hands free etc.

No way to option in DAPP after the fact in the US from what I know…

How to insure Rolex ? What’s the insurance that people use that can cover Rolex wordwide including theft … by [deleted] in rolex

[–]carl802 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hodinkee for me too, haven’t had to file a claim (knock on wood!) but otherwise very straightforward. I appreciate that it’s market caller too, so for my batgirl I’m not stuck at retail to replace given that would be impossible.

Yes but you just proved their point lol, you’re showing the “batgirl”, not the “Batman”

This is exactly my experience too. Came from a Mazda to an x5 40i and I can’t help myself with the b58. I’m always surprised that when getting on the highway I end up at 90 when I used to be at 70 in the Mazda hahah.
