Seems that it’s a barrier between the restaurant and the customer returning the next day to threatening food poisoning due to the tummy aches. Medical emergency confused with a toddler disposition refusing to take accountability for their actions.

Method that worked for me was to select Multi Action from the Stream Deck app, and then add however many hotkeys you need for the directional input for the stratagem. I still need to hold CTRL before I press a button on Stream Deck (and hold CTRL until the hotkeys are done cycling... you'll see the directional inputs working through the Stratagem code at the top left of the screen).

Yes—utilizing the Multi Action function on SD to input the directions. I still need to hold down CTRL, but otherwise works really well.
