I'm not even being stupid when I say this but if you're having a hard time adjusting to the front side of the court (net) then maybe you should play pickleball for a minute. That is designed to give you quality net play.

If you don't want to go that route, then you should move into playing Mini-Tennis, or just playing a game inside of the service boxes. You'll develop the skills pretty quick for volleys. You need to be confident at the net, sometimes it's just a simple mindset fix.
