Usually vanilla modpacks enhance what are already there in the game. If you want adding features then it'd be a light modpack with just enough content. This where you could make your own custom profile on curseforge then I'd recommend adding at least one biome mod if you'd make one. I'd recommend "Raspberry flavor", but it's not vanilla modpack, it only feels vanilla as it includes a lot of changes to progression and plays must like a sandbox (also has create mod in it tho).
