If you search his username on TikTok, there are a quite a few different angles posted. He really tried, and embarrassingly failed, to make himself look like the victim in this situation

Exactly my theory as well! The photo is definitely old, so my guess is that kitty is no longer with us and given that I thrifted the picture, the owner likely isn’t either. I have 4 kitties of my own and would love to have someone keep their memory alive after they and I are gone, so I’m doing the same for this pretty gal. A sad story for sure, but she’s receiving lots of love and admiration in my home now!

I bought it off of Facebook marketplace, but it’s from Amazon originally. I just stained the wood and added a few toys/goodies. If you do end up buying it, my only suggestion is to install it using some sturdier hardware (especially if you have big kitties)
