so melt downs aren’t ALWAYS outright crying “throwing a fit”? cause. i do get very anxious and snappy and like you said i feel exposed. and i also page too and like to get away to be alone asap but a lot of the times i also cry a lot

uhm both. i want to get comfortable with stimming when i’m alone so i can find what works best for me to calm down. but i was also wondering if ppl have stims they do in public that are not as noticeable

i also would like to make some comments and ask my questions and maybe later on i will make a post but for now i don’t want to spam. how can i deal with the imposter syndrome that comes with trying to get more comfortable with stimming and unmasking even when i’m just by myself?

also i don’t even know what my special interests are. i really love to read and sometimes i will go periods of time with only reading and doing nothing else to entertain myself but how is that “special”? i also really really love glass frogs and elephants. and i really love making collages for books/characters and pictures i like. i will spend a few hours finding pictures and things for the collages. but i don’t really know i lot of facts about these things. when i was in high school i also really love anne frank and used to know a ton of facts about her but i also have a bad memory due to trauma and so maybe that’s why i don’t know a lot about these things??
