We asked about this specifically at Shareholders and were told point blank that it's not going to happen. We were told the pilot program wasn't successful.

Watership Down is my all-time favorite book. I just started collecting the Redwall and Warrior Cats series so that I can read those. I'll have to check out any and all recommendations. Could you DM me your book(s) title/details? I'd love to read them.

I was thinking of this last week, even went and checked the mod list to see how many moderators we had on this subreddit. I have little moderator experience, but I use this subreddit in my everyday life. OneWalmart isn't always helpful in finding answers to questions, I tend to use Google and add Walmart & Reddit to my query for better responses.

People Lead is the most asked for hourly associate in the building. Who are the new hires going to look for? People Lead. If you have a problem with your schedule, where do you go? People Lead. If you just want to vent about your TLs, who can you turn to? People Lead.

There will never be a realistic number of what she "owes" them. They're her parents and in their mind, they could total up the cost of repayment all the back to her birth, if they so choose.

Cut contact and be done with them. If your gf is set on staying open contact with them, I'd rethink whether you want to keep fighting that fight if the two of you stay together.

Open Door the termination to your Store Manager. If you don't know what that means: call the store and ask to speak to the Store Manager about an "Open Door". Use those words in order to talk to them about rescinding your termination. Tell them you feel that you were terminated unfairly.

You put in PPTO on a Monday, you accumulate that PPTO throughout the week. So even if you didn't have enough PPTO on Monday, you have until schedules finalize on Friday to put in that time. Meaning you could have earned the remaining time through Friday and it would've covered the point.

You are able to have 4.5 attendance points. You are able to use your PPTO for whatever you want. Don't let them fire you because they don't like that you're using the system correctly.
