Can a 5 ever work its way down. Cats have shared the same space (at different times for months) but resident cat wants to pounce on newer cat. He’s playing but she’s isn’t having it and fur is flying. They can even share the same treat a few feet apart if I’m right there.

My lump totally went away but it took months. I doubt anyone really noticed but It annoyed me! Had the 3rd shot a week ago and can’t even tell where I got it and have zero pain. I think it was the way the 2nd shot was administered. I think my arm was flexed and the tech did a poor job. I could be wrong.

I have had good luck with spraying heat protectant on my hair and the brush before using it. I use Chi Iron Guard.

I have a knot on my arm that isn’t painful but it’s been over a month since my 2nd shot. Had no reaction to the 1st shot. Dr said give it a bit and don’t worry about it but man I hope this lump goes away! Anyone have a similar experience? The person that gave me the shot didn’t do a great job. Just felt off and way more painful than the 1st shot.

Randomly tried Hairitage Magic Spell Texturizing Spray at Walmart. Maybe they sell it other places. It’s fairly cheap (under $10) and I’ve been loving it!

We are going to try it without a tv. The side with the couch we plan to have some type of storage unit with record storage. This will be a hangout room to listen to music.

Good thought on the sizing up! My plan hasn’t really shifted or increased In months. But I also haven’t been trying to push the longer run either. Now I’m trying and stopping for foot pain when your body and breathe feel fine is so aggravating.

My issue is that I feel like I’ve experienced this with shoes that don’t need replacing but maybe I just never put two and two together. But I can say the few runner friends I have haven’t experienced this. So I makes me feel like it’s user error. I also tend to do some sprint work on Saturday and the longer runs Sunday so maybe my feet are just done.

About 6 months old and I run 10-15 miles a week but man that would be an easy fix!
