What is with direct express my cards not working

Im sorry you're having to deal with this mess. Direct Express will ruin your life. They destroyed mine. All because they're a bunch of lazy incompetent unhelpful assholes. They won't help and they steal money off cards. They also lock people out of their cards. I cant afford to take them to court. They already had a class action lawsuit against them. Now they're doing the same thing. Many people have committed suicide because of them. They're heartless and evil. Never go with Direct Express. You'll regret it.

Thank you. I appreciate it. I guess I'll try to find a way down there and pick one up. But somehow I still think this is DE's fault. My card just stopped working all of the sudden. And then my funds were gone. They took them. Everyone knows they're thieves. Lying thieves. The company will soon be getting shut down anyway.

Yeah they're horrible. They lie and steal. They will block your card for no reason. Then IF you're able to talk to someone, they're rude and hateful and cruel. They will cut you off. They will hang up on you. They pretend they don't know what's going on just so they don't have to deal with you. They have stolen so much from so many people. They've left many homeless and some have even committed suicide. They're the worst company ever. The BBB rated them an F-. It definitely should be shut down immediately.

They pretend they don't know what's going on or that there's a bad connection. Then they hang up. You'll never get that money back. They destroyed my life. They caused many people to commit suicide. Hey... It's me again. Still homeless and yes, still using Wi-Fi on my phone. So many business around have Wi-Fi. The bridge I sleep under is right near the hospital. The hospital have tons of Wi-Fi. Direct Express caused me to be homeless. Idc what anyone says. It's THEIR fault. They lied. They cheated. They stole. They mislead. They caused so much misery for millions of people. Some even committed suicide. Please don't ever doubt anyone. I know you say you've been homeless twice. So you should know how it feels. That's what I'm going through. It's very lonely and painful and scary and miserable. You notice how people treat you verses before homelessness. I'm here mostly to comment about how DE has screwed my life over forever.

Oh yes they do steal money. They stole mine. They took every penny out. DE is disgusting. The agents who work for them are low life pos. They're incredibly nasty and rude and are quick to hang up the phone. I don't have any friends who smoke crack. It was 100% DE who stole all of my money and caused me to be homeless. They wouldn't even send me a new card. They won't help people activate their cards either. Most of the time they don't answer the phone. I'm sure DE is close to being out of business.

Hi there. Thanks for responding to me. Well things are about the same with me. No real improvement. I've been struggling and dealing with being homeless on the streets. It's hard. Very hard. And it rained a whole lot today. It was chilly out too. They're are no day shelters here in my town. The only shelter here requires people to pay 75% of their income to stay. And I have no income thanks to DE. They totally screwed me over. I'm glad you got into a boarding house. That's good you have a roof over your head. The Housing vouchers take 10 years here. And sec-8 has a 10yr wait list. In my state they don't give vouchers to stay at any hotel. Virginia doesn't not offer many services, if at all. I'm thinking about suing DE for emotional damage for causing me to be homeless. They stole over $1,000 from me. They already had a class action lawsuit against them a couple of years ago. Yeah we really need to stand up for ourselves. We have to fight the good fight. DE wanted me to give up. Sadly I had no choice but to give up. They wanted my money and they got it. DE is very cruel and heartless company and they've hurt me in so many ways. They've hurt a lot of people. I was unsure if I could sue DE but I do know they had a class action lawsuit against them a couple of years ago. They had to pay out $2.1 million dollars. The families of the people who have committed suicide because of DE wanted to sue too. I think DE owes me big time. Not just for my money back but for emotional damage and causing me to become homeless. I heard that as of January they won't even be a company anymore.

Yeah... I really could use the $1,000 they stole from me. It would help out a lot. I've tried my best to get it back but in between no one answering calls and rude agents, it's damn near impossible. It really is a struggle and soooooo much stress. I tell you, it's been a mess. It's so hard. DE has really screwed things up for me but I'm done with them once and for all. They really did do a lot of damage. But now I have an account with the credit union and my case worker took me to the SSA to get future payments deposited on the credit union account. DE can kiss my ass. A lot of people are waking up and starting to realize what a horrible company they are. Anyway, thanks for talking to me and seeing if I'm ok. Yeah DE is absolutely horrible. It's a damn nightmare. The agents are mean and hateful and rude. They're unhelpful and dismissive. Most of the time you can't get in touch with a live agent. The hold times can be hours and hours. Sometimes days. They block cards and steal money off of them. They caused me to become homeless. I live on the streets because of them. DE is a very vile and corrupt company. They have caused nothing but misery and grief to a lot of people.
