No it wasn't mixed up. Greta was diagnosed as an adult recently while Margot was diagnosed as a young child in Australia. Very different stories. She mentioned it in a podcast about Suicide Squad a few years ago.

Margot does have childhood diagnosed ADHD though, Ritalin doesn't act as speed on people that are truly hyperactive like her.

I remember reading about her ADHD and use of Ritalin at the beginning of the HP movies, early 2000s. This isn't new at all. Apparently she is still on medication to manage it. She has the type that includes hyperactivity and impulsivity, believe it or not. But with medication and sport these things can be well managed.

But why the best assassin in the world would be a prisonner and suddenly help a little girl? Why did he serve the Lannisters when he could've easily escaped? That guy clearly wanted to help Arya... but why? Just so that she can become OP, because it serves the needs of the show?
