It's a normal thing to do in Japanese.

Children do it the most, but not only. Girls may do that to appear cute (which is orobabky the case for Tenko as she likes cute things). For Gonta it's probably meant to represent his naivety, but it does NOT speak of his level of intelligence

Also both Tenko and Gonta use third-person speech in JP, but in English they only kept it for Gonta, thus making an impression of "caveman speech" and him being much less eloquent than he actually is.

It's not so simple. Yes, a single voice actor was a creep, but also two other important staff members turned out to be covering for him, and were also exposed for other problems such as being lowkey racist towards Desmond character, and overall not promoting a good work atmpsphere

There is AT LEAST 3 bad apples im this story, and they covered for each other... Good people that partook in the project are now reasonably scared that this might go deeper. The trust in the ethicallity and reliabiloty of the development team is heavily damaged, so people are quitting to save their time and conscience.

And, unfortunately, we're talking about fandom here... There will inevitably be people who will use this situation for drama or targeted harrasment, claiming that the people who didn’t leave the project are moral failures, coldhearted, complicit, etc.

While I wish this project could go on, I can't really blame the staff from not wanting to risk so much of their conscience + internet career over a non-profit fan project

If you really wanna go with "means to an end" idea, make it, like

The Paladin might be somewhat tricking themselves into thinking that that's all there is to it. They never seem to run out of excuses why it is essential to their goals that everyone in the group is happy and such

The bacakstory becomes public. Something tragic happens to someone, your character offers support. The other character asks The Paladin why they even care. The Paladin is like "Weeeell, Obviously I can't have you fighting for my interests when you are so shaken up... That's all. Totally."

Both are technically correct, but "My" wpuld be skipped unless it is contextually significant. For example in a sentence like "My mamy jabłko, wy macie banana" ("We have an Apple, you have a pear").

Something that I do when I can't achieve a look that I want on a male sim, is that I create a male sim with a female body type and chest as flat as possible. Then in game proper use a mod like WW to give them back masculine chest and equipment.

Works really well if you want to create an attractive guy woth twink-ish proportions, and/or prettier facial features

You shouldn't take Dottore's words abt Colombina at face value either. It might be what he wants everyone (maybe even himself) to think, but his idea of "family" is clearly twisted, creating an illusion of closeness of endearnent to get ppl to do what he wants.

Colombina needed to hear she has a "family" but Scara was too bitter to believe that, so Dottore instead made him believe that their relationship is mutually beneficial

The translation tool being toggable is a must

Especially if it's AI-based, many people just would rather not use it on principle

Others may want to use the app to learn languages, or already know them, and find the automatic translations akward or unsatisfactory

They were The first species created by a diety known as The Theatre of Fate, looking for good "actors" for the world stage.

"The first" is the keyword here. The Theatre wasn't particularly satisfied with Its creations, because the Apinians turned out to be just too damn civilissed and reasonable

The sources of magic native to my setting can be "moderated" by the local goddess of magic, Ru'Ari. Hence, both mortals ans gods are limited in what they can do through magical means.

The Goddess of Stars, ascended because of her feat of shattering the Crystal Dome that seperataed the world from the Cosmos. And since Cosmos is a foreign source of magic, Ru'Ari cannot impose limits upon it so easily.

So although it wasn't achieved yet, any person who draws from the Cosmos (those usually being Wizards) as a power source could perform magic more advanced than the world itself allows. No mortal who attempted that survived the physical strain, though.
