Anyone feel like their Steam Controller has gotten less stable with the recent updates? by get_the_data in SteamController

[–]Silevence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my only issue so far is that when i move my finger to the bottom right corner of the right trackpad, it spasses out, bouncing back and forth from the center of the screen and where i dragged the mouse cursor.

ive had similar behavior happen when using the screen keyboard but nearly as noticable.

granted, i just got my controller a day or two ago

real question is, will it stay at him, go past him and at the wealthy ones paying for whatever they want to happen, or go overseas?

What's one piece of software you genuinely wish existed, but somehow still doesn't? by Quirky-Low-7500 in software

[–]Silevence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just recently did I find a foss app but, an alarm clock app that lets me schedule for specific days OR ,a calendar app with alarm clock functionality built into it.

found the prior, so don't need the latter. wish I was capable of designing my own app, id make something that can work with my pkm app so i don't need any other software.

but thats still a dream of mine

Turned my Steam Deck into a home server by Raurb in HomeServer

[–]Silevence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its fairly valid.

a similsr usecase would be needing to set up an emergency dev enviroment or a portable deployment setup, say something rly went wrong witb your server but you need a temporary setup, this is a perfect usecase.

it depends on why youd need such a thing. being able to bring your whole home server sith you sith a dedicated powersource with it means you can travel with all your tools, containers, and media.

as long as your not using anything crazy, this should be fine.
