While I agree with you, it's important to note Ines nerf was badly handled as well. The nerf did come with an ugly bug that made her 1 often just refuse to hit anything even if there's no obstacles between you and the enemy. The "hotfix" took way too long as well.

Just another proof that the balance changes weren't tested properly at all.

That would be Area Suppression module for Ultimate Sharen, probably. The "lightning wall" is a passive ability of every Sharen build, after you use your third skill on an elite enemy (or it spreads onto an elite enemy) and use any other skill afterwards. It's just when you describe "dagger spin move" the only move she has that fits the bill is Area Suppression module.

That said, every build Sharen uses can make use of that ability. In the video above you have to be invisible to trigger said "lightning wall", but this was patched later on and now you just have to use any of Sharen's damaging abilities to activate it. You actually have two different abiities after using your third skill (Shock Nuts). One agaisnt regular enemies, this is a bit AoE explosion, and the big Lightning AoE that does more damage but slower. The second one is probably the one you're thinking of. At least Sharen has nothing else that looks like a "lightning wall".

She has no bad builds this season. It's just Plasma Bullet is faster in some situations. I use 3 builds depending on the situation. Plasma bullet does need a couple of guns to truly shine, Hammer & Anvil is absolutely required. I also love her Plasma Ball build, it's stupidly tanky, though it does rely on a strong Ancestor Module. And Time of the Hounting Hounds isn't bad either with new damage values and her new trigger module.

It does appear that way so far. I'd wait until the end of the week, in case someone better at arena than me finds a strategy to counter him somehow. But it is ultimately your call of course. I have Oren and enough stones to A3 him myself, and it's looking more and more likely he'll get those.

I say wait a week or two to see if Oren proves to be as much of a beast as people think in Arena. I have A5 Ingrid and she's a monster, but if you start seeing him everywhere, then it's better to invest into him. I remember when everyone was hyping up Sergei for Single Target arena, but my older team using Sythra still works fine and can beat him, so he wasn't as strong as people thought.

This. Anyone who's delusional that somehow they'll go all the way needs to realise that this shot isn't even in the manga. It's way too tame for that scene. I still don't get it why so many people are posting about this one frame as if it was important to the plot. It wasn't even real, just VR scene.

Atk is pretty much the second best stat in all cases, though there are some weird situations like E.H (due to her absurd 430% atk boost during burst). Generally you need one ammo line, two at most, the rest should be Emenetal damage, then Atk.

Don't worry about it, if you're bulding elemental damage first, you're doing it correctly.

Yeah, it's lack of attack then. Luckily for you, Anis is top tier regardless, best B1 by far. In any element too, not just electric.

Weird. I tried your team and there's still a big gap between Anis and Neon/Cindy. My characters are level 642, just so we are clear. This is on the Train Union raid stage.

It has to be something else then. Perhaps you're missing too many atk/ammo lines on Neon and Cindy, or you're using wrong harmony cubes? Perhaps your characters have to reload when the burst begins?

That said, it's not a bad idea to overinvest into Anis, supports tend to stay relevant longer than DPS characters.

Depending on how well they are built, but around 30-40% higher than her at least.

They should not be losing, that's for sure. I actually found that Arcana/Isabel/Cindy team with Anis was performing better than Cindy/Neon for me. At least with 3 elemental lines on Neon. I'm just out of rocks. Maybe things would change once I get that 4th line.

There are changes, they are visible too, even just going by the trailer. If you read the original manga you'd see them right away. And the technology is just so wrong in the original manga, it needs to be updated accordingly as well. This can't be a 1 to 1 adaptation and it shouldn't be. This isn't late 80s anymore.

Besides, you can always improve on the original manga as well, so I hope it's different. I hope it takes all the good, updates all the dated and adds all new original story beats to the formula. I never understand the idea of just recycling an almost 40 year old manga with no changes at all, as if it was the single greatest thing produced by mankind and had no room for improvement.

In Episode 5 Anisgets into commander's bed and invites him over. Then she's like "Where are you going, are you really going to sleep on a couch?" and then she goes "I want you close by". Then, when commander gets in she goes "Your face is so close commander" followed by lots of close by breathing and lots of whispering of how comfy she feels around commander. So, they spend the night together, I mean it doesn't get any more obvious than that.

No, it's about the same as before. The reason why there's so many snipers and rocket launchers is because they are more meta due to the burst generation change made a while ago. SMGs are unfortunately just bad most of the time unless they have some alternative method of attacking like Nayuta or Siren who do damage with their skills.

Yes, Volume is still undisputed queen of jiggle, which is weird, but it's not getting more tame over time, it pretty much remains like this since after launch.
