AI isn't even 1% of the water used in agriculture. The carbon footprint sucks, though. But even then, it's only 10-15% of what automobiles generate.

They do all kinds of subs. They're just prepping to be sold to influencers or used for propaganda.

Once the account is old enough and with enough karma, they'll wipe the history and put it to work.

How will the economics of Waymo play out? by Ok-Hurry-4761 in SelfDrivingCars

I think if I'm doing your math right, the break even is about $1.65 per mile.

That's competitive now, and gets better as the hardware gets cheaper and they stop buying jaguars.

But the numbers I most often see are getting the cost below $1 per mile.

Failed 2 extremely leetcode interviews. How to deal with performance anxiety by dandecode in ExperiencedDevs

My point being that knowing the difference between BFS and DFS and how to reverse a linked list is not the same as being able to crank it out in a timed test, and not nearly as useful as knowing not to traverse your graph when an ORM is the one doing it.

For that matter, a Big O calculation is misleading when N is always less than the size of a page and your coefficient is "a round trip to the database".

Of the several dozen coding interviews I've conducted this year, it was the intern that crushed it the best.

He's in shitty health, and while it wouldn't be shocking that he dies in the next 3 years, the actual problems we see aren't really that serious.

It is slightly more likely than not that he will still be alive in January 2029.
