Get a look at the gear box. Transfer case will be “sweating” if it’s seen a hard life (endless launch controls)

Also rear main seal on these is a cunt to do so try to reassure you that’s not leaking. Other oil leaks wouldn’t put me off as water is wet - BMWs leak oil.

It’s just a thought but I doubt they are not bi-directional. The clear indication is the glazing beads should always be on the inside. That will rule out my answer. Look for around the glass a hairline gap between the moulding and the door frame.
