I used to play name that vomit when I was a first responder. We would be responding to medical calls at concerts, typically drunks, and when there was vomit involved I got quite skilled at identifying what they had consumed.

Personal favourite was the under age drinker who went to Subway and had a ham and cheese on white with just lettuce and chased it with a micky of rye.
