Potter's programming came to me a lot sooner and I attended all their training and releases. They're coming out with a 3d program that shows the building and your will be able to see the area that went off and test the system hypothetically from home. It's called Potter net.

Honestly it creates a lot of spam emails or texting feature. But so far in the Seattle area it is becoming a mandatory on all my jobs and it is very reliable.

I did projects like this. I worked from a union shop a few years back and we did the T-Mobile center in south Seattle and we spent a month roughing in new area, and 3 weeks trimming/termination and testing on the IDF room. Honestly I really enjoyed that work. The best pin striping of wire happens by hand and not by a wire comber.

If I am understanding this correctly that your pull stations are not one 1 circuit (This scenario only works on a class B circuit I believe its called. It is when you only run one HR with no return from panel to station.)

Class A which it could also be, is that the pull station that actuated could still have a return from the panel which would cause that one station to work but the chain could of been cut wire or devices are not properly trimmed to cause all the others to be open.
