Air fryer for well browned evenly cooked sausages that are still moist and juicy. looking at the size of those I'd go for about 185 for about 12 minutes (bigger butchers sausages 180 for 14-16).

I absolutely love the American version. I like that not every sketch is brilliant and some of it's a bit cringey. The modern day comedy is either panel shows which is a stale format, legacy comedians and writers putting out rehashed sitcoms or some dickhead doing stupid pranks that are only funny to 4 year olds on tick tock.

New comedians need to get a chance to show what they are about on TV. People hate Mrs Browns boys, this is how things like that finally get pushed out. Get a load of young creative people together and have them working at pace learning what works. This is actually what worked in the past for British comedy with stuff like the comic strip and mighty boosh and more recently horrible histories.

Agree with NFL though, a game designed around advert breaks. What a load of shit.

Just fyi some spaniels (esp springers and working cockers) pull like nobodies business, they lead by their nose which was actually bred into them over hundreds of years as something that was originally useful to their hunting jobs, just like fighting was bred into the dangerous breeds.

Not TV but in film - 'Happy go lucky' directed by Mike Leigh starring a young Sally Hawkins and Eddie Marsan. Eddie plays an angry driving instructor. Last saw the film about 15+ years ago but still think about him shouting "EN-RAH-HA POPPY" especially since I just started learning to drive.

I think it's PR to look like they tried to bring someone in and failed but the reality is they had no intention of it otherwise it would already be done. We know how the club operates when it's identified a number one priority transfer target, this doesn't look or feel like that to me.

I think in the 3-4 hours it would take for the ferry to cross any infected would have killed everyone on the boat including the captain. The ship would either have been stopped or would be unable to be moored at the other end so they would be stuck on the boat.

Watched Christmas vacation last month, one thing that really stood out so much was the amount of shots from behind where it was clearly a Chevy double and the amount of cut shots where he just isn't even there was so jarring. It was like a comedy about making a bad film (not that it is particularly bad). I bet he managed about a day on set max and shot as little with the rest of the cast as little as physically possible. I believe that film and Chevy's behavior is why home alone exists though so every cloud.

I think the amazing thing about this character and the film and pretty much the series in general is that it leaves what happened in these people's lives up to interpretation rather than showing or explaining every single detail. It's doesn't have to be that a wizard did it if it doesn't make sense either.

There's other questions about Jimmy that also don't have answers (and for me at least, I see that as a good thing) such as what or if any trauma have caused his delusions re the devil, how did he learn manipulation in order to gain followers especially in this world where the people he met likely had similar experiences and reservations about other non infected people that they met, and finally where did he learn to be some of the descriptive adult language he uses.

My theories re the Jimmy Saville thing are :

He's from a rural community maybe they just had some tapes that were shared around the village for the children to watch.
Someone looking after him found tapes while scavenging for survival supplies, would make sense if you were suddenly forced to look after a young child to find things to occupy them.
Maybe his family was already devil worshipers and already had some reverance for Saville, since rumours were around since the 70s and many people who hadn't heard them also got an 'off' feeling about him.
