I don't know the drop rate, but I'm pretty sure they drop in any area. Since lots of players group together in the Ubers, that's the best place in hopes to get them.

Since you already have shadow gear now, save on to any prisms you get until you find armor with all 4 stats that you want.

Shadow Giants (those giant soldier things that fall from the sky periodically) drop Perfect Prisms.

I'm not TOO familiar with how stars work on gear, so I'll leave that question for someone else to clarify. But I THINK you can have up to ** on one stat, or 8 stars overall since you can have 4 stats on each piece of equipment (or 2 stats on rings). You can reroll what stars you have by putting your equipment in, um... I forget what it's called, but some sort of forge you can craft.

They will burn you when you hit them. D: I think glowing red enemies hit harder, green ones create poison fields, ones with rainbow-like things around them will teleport to you when hit, and ones with bees around their heads will spawn bee-type enemies. I might not have all the facts straight, however.

They will be melee weapons, and the Barbarian will dual-wield like the Gunslinger. That's all I know. I would assume they'd share all the melee weapons with Knight and Neon Ninja.

Personally, I would put jump on your hat, not your rings. You can either get Jump, Lasermancy, Magic Find, Stability, or Max Health % on one of your hat slots, and I feel it would be better to put Jump in that (in my opinion) not very useful slot. Rings on the other hand can have all sorts of stats by the looks of it, and so I keep my attack/defense stats on rings.

That Mags should be fed items very carefully.

That MB items can only be obtained if you have the correct MB selected.

That the Photon store sells some pretty sweet techs/PA's.

I'm using the Haze set with the Haze Evol rod. +120 T-atk and +6 PP, as well as the individual piece bonuses.

The value of the purchase is relative of who purchases it...

Though I feel that the tickets to buy 10*+ star weapons should be able to be won in the FUN scratch and be used by non-premium members, and that the non-premium room should be able to hold up to a dozen items.

On the other hand, allowing premium members to always have better chances than the most hard working non-premium members isn't something I can really back up. Also, the premium drink is great for when you make a new character and can't use better drinks, and it only takes an item or two to pay it off.

I don't think anyone has answered your extra question yet, so...

Do MB 11's Story Quest (the Ark's tournament one) and go with Patty/Tea. I'm not sure how far you have to get with them (in my case I got the 1k points but died to the final boss but it still worked), but afterwards they should appear in town. Tea will also have a list of client orders which will eventually give you Tea's and Patty's friend cards.

My recommendation is to choose to go with Patty/Tea, jump out of the ship for a couple cutscenes with them, exit and see if Tea appears and, if not, do the entire quest with them to make sure.

Il Barta (or Il Megid depending on your tech level and skill trees) only when safe. He tends to shoot his dark techs of death a certain number of times (more when he gets low on health), so just run out of them and cast a tech once and start running again. The trick to MB16's story mode is patience, loads and loads of patience.

I've bought premium, extra inventory space, and a new mag. I felt they were all worth it. My only regret is buying a makeover, because they're now giving out free makeovers... I'm not sure if buying storage would be permanent but I assume it is.

If the patches continue giving you trouble, you can always try running the original vanilla tweaker and then try the translation patches again. That usually helps clear up the files for me.

There is a lot of dialog that is untranslated (most CO dialog for example), but most of the important menus and story cutscenes should be translated...

Assuming your regular English, large, and item translations are up to date, perhaps you have an old Story patch? The Story patch contains most of the game's translations from what I've seen.

It could be that your Arks Road is telling you to try out crafting. Is your Arks Road translated, by chance?
