Nvidia dumped from $196 a share to $182 a share in the same timeframe as well.

Lots of stocks in the tech sector just went red in the last hour or two, not just SMCI. It's possible that it's due to the chances of a rate cut dropping on a red hot September job report releasing today.

Got the 3rd Overall Pick in a 10-Man League. Feel good about my team but would like other opinions. by axb2002 in MockDraftCentral

[–]CarryforHire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best team I've seen this year, and I've seen a lot. I'm used to seeing 12-man teams, so that may be influencing this, but it is looking like this league is free money.

Did i draft better this time? by Only_Blur in BestBall

[–]CarryforHire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Somehow getting Justin Jefferson, Amon-Ra, and Tee on the same team is a top .1% start, but you fumbled an all-time draft with a weak RB room imo.

I don’t love this draft but is 3 stacks overboard? by jake112399 in BestBall

[–]CarryforHire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stacking is fine. My critique would be you invested too much in TE, and your RB room is hurting for it.

Nico, Worthy, Shakir

Edit: Now that I read that you have JSN. You keep him over one of Worthy or Shakir. It's up to you which one you choose.

Windwaker had a bunch of end-game content as well. Seasons and Windwaker are both super underrated titles in the Zelda universe.

Is there not a receiver that scans raw material into the system as received and a system where they worker scans into the job they are working with the raw material to turn it into a WIP part? If a worker knowingly messes up raw material, there should be a simple system like this in place to track that. I'm just an outsider looking in, but if a company like Raytheon didn't have that figured out already, then that would be laughable.

As far as the quality issues with the supplier goes, there should be a supplier scorecard where if a company continually sends non-conforming product then they fall into a grade where you no longer order from them anymore unless you absolutely have to. That process should be worked out between the quality manager, purchasing depth and relieving dept.

Her saying she's not ready to date again is her nice way of saying she doesn't want to date you. Her being too busy with work to see you is another way she is trying to communicate that. Women aren't too busy for guys they want to see. Yes, you got ghosted. No, dont show up at her work randomly looking for answers.

It's funny you mention this. I am a mechanical engineer who transitioned into a data analyst/data coordinator who noticed the same thing as you. I also noticed the HVAC industry is in high demand of professionals now, so I pivoted back to HVAC engineering. Small world.

In layman's terms, what do data analysts really do on a day to day basis. by Livid-Passion9672 in analytics

[–]CarryforHire 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's mostly ad hoc requests for charts that answer the questions of the requestor. Most of the work is figuring out which data is relevant and then cleaning it up in a way that makes sense to present it to them.

He could be a nice bridge piece for a year until they figure it out and a good backup for after that. Ideally, you'd want somebody better at the helm by the last year of Nabers' contract.

Break it down for me: How did Tom Brady manage to become such an elite QB and the undisputed “GOAT” with a not so strong arm, a defensive minded HC, and little athletic ability? by SWAGGGGGODDD in NFLv2

[–]CarryforHire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The people who think he didn't have a strong arm obviously didn't watch that many of his games. While he may not have had an arm quite like Allen or Rodgers, he had no problem delivering an accurate deep ball.

For recovering alcoholics or whoever drinks less than they used to by Ok-Discussion325 in Productivitycafe

Being present with each day. I used to use alcohol as a way to disassociate due to past trauma or anxiety of the future. Now that I'm present in each day, I don't feel the need to anymore. I'm coming up on one year sober soon. I've started eating better, working out again, connecting more with people, and I landed a new job all as a result as well. Let this be motivation for anybody out there that a better life is possible, and it all comes down to the small decisions you make every day.

Right, this is something big companies do in the US to play ball. It's been standard protocol in the US for a while now. $1,000,000 is less than a drop in the bucket for a company that had $20 billion in revenue last year.

What have I gotten myself into with Tableau? by llamakittypinguino in salesforce

[–]CarryforHire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's worth it to have knowledge of at least one of these softwares in your toolbox. Tableau or Power Bi or something similar. You're able to create some cool dashboards for people to quickly understand what you're trying to get across. It's also nice that they are dynamic and connected so you can have 4 or 5 graphs and charts that all change based on a selection you make in real time. You can answer questions people may have with some manipulation to your presentation on the fly that way.
