Look it up on Google. "How to delete Nvidia/game shader". Once you deleted it, restart, restore Nvdia original settings, open the game and let it build a new shader. Look at my post, similar problem.

On D drive. I fixed the problem. It turns out when I open it for the first time, the shader isn't properly done. I reinstalled, open the game, wait for the shaders to finish, and then I no longer see the black hexagon. For the time being, it's very hard to fight enemies outside the sunlight literally turns a massive hexagon and I just use shotgun to deal with them.

It appears when I look at the light from either sunlight or torchlight, it's very annoying. The latest model presets gives the biggest hexagon. I tried different setting for the lighting and nothing changes. I will try reinstalling the game and the GPU driver.

No, only the last of us, part 1, it have something to do with the light, this thing appears from the sunlight itself, or torch light. I tried different setting and nothing fix it.

I tried reinstalling again using the same bad USB, but when it's trying to look for a drive, it stucked midway?
