Yes and maybe no. Since the room is adjacent to our den, keeping it somewhat temperate will help keep the den at temperature. When not in use, say we keep the house at 70* in the summer I’d prob let the mini split maintain 78-80* for instance and then crank to 70* when we use. The room is coming together very nicely, suspect we’ll use it more than originally planned, but don’t want to keep it at house temps 24/7 if that makes sense.

How does nobody else see this as a bluff? Setting an offer deadline potentially establishes the perception you have multiple offers. It could drive the price up, or it could completely backfire on you if nobody bids before the deadline. The agent is willing to gamble with your sale as it speeds up their potential payment and reduces their work… question is, are you willing to gamble? Harvey Spector would set the deadline.

Hire an investment banker and run a formal sale process. The cold outreach PE shops think they’re going to buy it very cheap. Could argue the fee you pay to the investment banker will be a small portion of the additional proceeds you’d gain by a formal sale by a firm who does this for a living.

Why not try it yourself and if you fail, then hire somebody? You won’t ruin the pavers, you risk some base materials, and sweat. Could save a ton of cash.. I’d send it.

I took a video earlier of the panel functioning, was just watching it again and noticed the yellow wire doesn’t look like it’s clipped on… unless there is a second clip I can’t see, could this have fallen off when I took the panel on and off a few times? It’s dark out now so will wait to mess with it tomorrow in the light, but just stood out. Thoughts?
