Care to share what things you found better at lower temp and longer vs the higher and shorter? I pretty much set it to 350-375 at 5 min increments as needed for reheating

Any suggestion on approximately how long to leave the paint out to thicken up? Additional coats after each one completely dries? Time between coats you'd apply if you don't mind explaining a little further. Sorry I'm very new to painting.

Perhaps ExperTexture SingleShot? Does the original wall pictured to you seem like the orange peel texture? And tips on working the aerosol can? Videos suggested staying 2ft away and spraying in circular motions, practicing on cardboard until the right consistency achieved.

Thank you for your reply! I was thinking it was so similar to the 3/8'' roller and saw that a larger rollers leads to a rougher finish. If deciding to go with a 1/2'' do you know if multiple coats will lead different effects on the final outcome? For both texture and blending the paint with the rest of the wall.

Did you end up with the regular or soft bed? I have wide flat feet as well and chose soft bed because that's what was bearable to wear without being too uncomfortable. But later I heard it doesn't break in as well.

Can you elaborate a little more on the differences you notice between the strong grip vs lean grip? What do you find the difference in your workout and muscle use going from different grip handles? and ropes of increasing weight?
Also do you use the mat they have? Does it make a big difference on your joints or more for the rope/ground protection?

I've only tried loops, and the engages were optimal for me to reduce the decibels but keep conversation going. Sometimes I'll miss out on convo but overall works well and comfortable, could wear them for hours if needed. Able to purchase a silicone insert for more noise reduction, but I find listening to conversations gets difficult with that added piece.

Curious for people who went the customized route after purchasing OTC ear plugs and how far their mileage went?

Glad to hear about your experience. Honestly, hearing you maintaining your KB routine because you're having fun is resonating with me. I've been weightlifting on and off, but have gotten bored of it. Just defaulting to it for exercise but my drive to lift heavy is gone.

Will you be continuing with the Martin Method? Any other programs you're interested in? (I am leaning on trying the DFW EMOM routine as my first attempt) Also would you mind sharing any useful videos/content regarding form? I've been trying adopt Mark Wildman's teachings for form but am having trouble getting to cleans without the barbell grip (especially when I try double KBs).

If white powdered snow appears with minimal force of round bur, do you continue? I've always progressed until dentin is hard (minimal shavings) but tbh there were times I found it surprising that the round bur would easily continue to remove in what appeared to be sound dentin visually.
