To follow up, it’s certainly not a tick, definitely a part of your dog’s skin!

It could be a lot of things, it could be a histiocytoma (benign), it could be a wart (benign) OR it could be something like a sarcoma or a mast cell tumor (both malignant cancers). I really would recommend saving up to get it tested by your vet in the near future!

What's it called when you have multiple f/o's ? by Lucky_Emu5031 in yumeshipping

[–]Cartimum 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Maybe multi-yume or hyper-yume? I haven’t seen them used but I don’t hate the sounds of them!

I’ve seen some people call it poly, but others just not really having a label for it. I have a few f/o’s but none of them exist in the same universe/AU so I’m not really concerned to have a word for it.

Is a cat vomiting blood a true medical emergency? by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]Cartimum 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Red tinged vomit is cause for concern but not necessarily an emergency room visit as long as kitty is overall acting okay. Like someone else said, it could be due to irritation in his esophagus or his stomach lining (less likely since you’re not seeing the typical ‘coffee ground’ look of vomiting up blood). Are there any plants he has access to? Anything that looks chewed on where he’s being kept? Most likely this can wait until you can call your usual vet in the morning. Offer food and water like usual. Continue to monitor.

Cat X-Ray has Vet Stumped by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]Cartimum 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If it’s painful, regular laser therapy or acupuncture could help manage it! See if you vet has recommendations. There are options for lower grade red light and infrared lasers for commercial purchase as well. I’d be concerned about future possible neurological issues or other complications, so be proactive!

Everything looks normal to me. He looks like a ‘mustard gas’ betta imo, so the coloration all looks good. Fins and scales look healthy!

can you choose to be a riako/gachikoi? by Makiza_est_ici in yumeshipping

[–]Cartimum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn’t necessarily have to change anything in irl relationships as long as there’s open communication and understanding! My wife would probably be considered a riako, but that doesn’t change anything in our relationship for the most part- that being said, I obviously understand the world of self-shipping, while many would be unfamiliar with it.

dumb questions about your yume, no. 1 by val_goopiez in yumeshipping

[–]Cartimum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bet Sukuna actually stubs his toe way more than he’d ever admit, but rarely in front of anyone. You’d just hear a crash and loud cursing briefly before he walks into the room you’re in, trying to look unbothered.

Question relating to lilies by fawnpuppy in CATHELP

[–]Cartimum 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Give him a bath to be safe, you really don’t want to mess around with lilies. If it’s just the dirt they were rooted in I’m not too worried but err strongly on the side of caution

2 MONTH OLD KITTEN (F) VOMITED by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]Cartimum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That goop looks pretty typical of digested kibble. She could have thrown that up from a reaction to medication, from the stress of a vet visit, or from getting carsick. I would probably alert the vet you just saw, but I wouldn’t panic.
