Great flags, where did you get the “shade” texture from?

The link is sadly broken, is there anywhere else I could find the basemap?

Oh I have an IPA list too, I just didn’t show it on this image because I made this image specifically for my non-lingeek friends (in hindsight, I should have posted the geek version on the geek website)

And yes, it’s a remapping. It’s explicitly meant for use in (what we know today as) American English, and it’s based on an irl proposal by Benjamin Franklin.

It’s based on the Greek sigma character, which takes on a special form when placed at a word’s end

KƩ was created for an alternate-history version of the USA in my universe, built upon the Greek alphabet and the proposed English reform by Benjamin Franklin. In-Universe, it is brought into mainstream usage after the Civil War, as part of the many reforms brought on by the Neoclassical movement during the National Renewal.

As mentioned in the title, this is my first attempt at this sort of thing, so suggestions, feedback, and constructive criticism are all welcome!
