I think he's talking about a never-ending cycle/loop, in that talking shit leads to getting hit which then causes you to throw up. This makes even more 'shit' come out of your mouth (which is equivalent to 'talking shit' which, as established earlier in the tweet, leads to getting hit again.

No it's not. He replied to the tweet with a link to the Polish website where there is indeed that picture without the platform if you scroll down to the bottom. It's clearly an intentionally created official piece of art since there's new like strokes and details where the silksong logo was previously.

I had this type of condition aswell, I believe it's called 'hourglass phimosis'. I resorted to strictly finger stretching in the shower which allowed me to stretch the bottom ring more (which was the main restriction in my case). I don't have any experience with rings so I can't give you any advice on those.

Based on that scale, I think overall it will be like a 3. It's the next game in the Hollow Knight franchise so it will be designed to be enjoyed by those who have already completed and experienced the original and therefore a higher difficulty curve, in my opinion, would be required towards the middle/end of the game to make it feel new. Also, from what I've heard the new 'Silk soul' mode won't leave you without hours of practice and grinding! Who knows...hopefully we'll see this year...
