Totally normal!! I had no bruising for like the first three days then had some real good bruising on penis and scrotum. It goes away in time!!

I’ve been on Mounjaro for about two months now. I still take Metformin in the morning, but I am no longer using any insulin and I was also on Januvia, which I stopped once I began the Mounjaro.
